Ingredients (Organic when Possible)

1 Large Avocado

1  Ripe Banana

3 Tbsp Organic Coconut Oil

4 Tbsp Cacao Powder or Unsweetened Baking Cocoa Powder

3 Tbsp  Maple Syrup

1/8 Tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

Directions
1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until extremely smooth

2. Spoon the mousse into individual dessert dishes layered with sliced strawberries and top with fresh mint. You may also garnish with dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs. Best served room temperature immediately after preparing.
